- Liasioning with DoP&T and GeM for framing detailed Terms and Conditions for deputation of different Central Government officers into GeM
- Annual Report for GeM
- Posting/ Transfer of officers into GeM under Central Staffing Scheme
- Implementation of various projects of the Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) under National e-Governance Program.
- Monitoring of progress of implementation of e-procurement in various offices coming under the Department of Commerce.
- Proposals involving relaxations in Rules/Tender Enquiry conditions, residual powers of which rests with the Department
- Parliament Questions/ Public Grievances/ VIP References/ RTI Applications relating to GeM/ erstwhile DGS&D
- Representations received from firms/ Indentors/DDOs in respect of GeM portal
- Handling of all Public Grievances, viz., PMO Portal, Commerce Portal, VIP reference, etc., Monitoring thereof
- Monitoring of all RTI applications received in Supply Division
- Monthly/Quarterly report i.e. D.O. on e-Procurement, handling of VIP references, RTI matters for CIC, Proposals for Cabinet Committees etc.
- Co-ordination with various sections in Supply Division, GeM and CCA
- Special/Routine Drives for Recording/Weeding out of files
- Circulation of various circulars received from various Ministries/Departments
- References from Indentors/DDOs relating to GeM portal
- Periodical Reports/Returns
- Parliament matters related to GeM/erstwhile DGS&D
